Terms of Service for HR.software

Last Updated: 15 May 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of HR.software, including our website, AI advisor systems, deep research content, comparison tools, rankings, recommendations, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using HR.software, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Services.

1. Nature of the Services

HR.software provides informational content, software comparisons, rankings, research, AI-assisted recommendations, and marketplace-related services focused on HR, payroll, EOR, workforce management, and related business software.

The Services are intended solely for informational, research, and business evaluation purposes for professional and organizational users.

The Services are not intended for personal employment, immigration, consumer, legal, tax, or regulatory decision-making.

HR.software is not:

  • A law firm
  • An accounting firm
  • A payroll processor
  • An investment advisor
  • A financial institution
  • An employment agency
  • A compliance consultancy
  • A tax advisor
  • A fiduciary
  • A regulated professional advisory service

Nothing provided through the Services constitutes legal, financial, tax, accounting, compliance, employment, immigration, regulatory, or professional advice.

HR.software does not guarantee:

  • Employment law compliance
  • Payroll compliance
  • Worker classification outcomes
  • Immigration compliance
  • Tax compliance
  • GDPR or privacy compliance
  • Regulatory compliance in any jurisdiction
  • Vendor suitability for any specific use case

Users are solely responsible for independently evaluating vendors, products, providers, pricing, compliance obligations, legal requirements, and business decisions.

Users should consult qualified professional advisors before making material operational, compliance, employment, tax, payroll, legal, or procurement decisions.

2. AI-Generated Content and Recommendations

HR.software uses artificial intelligence systems, large language models (LLMs), automated ranking systems, and machine learning technologies to generate portions of the Services, including:

  • AI advisor responses
  • Vendor recommendations
  • Scenario matching
  • Rankings
  • Summaries
  • Comparisons
  • Research synthesis
  • Search optimization

Although we continuously improve our systems and aim to provide useful and research-driven recommendations, AI-generated outputs may:

  • Be incomplete
  • Contain inaccuracies
  • Become outdated
  • Omit relevant information
  • Misinterpret user inputs
  • Produce unexpected or incorrect results
  • Generate inconsistent outputs
  • Fail to account for jurisdiction-specific requirements

Research content, rankings, and AI outputs reflect internal methodologies, public information, automated systems, platform analysis, and evolving recommendation models.

They should not be interpreted as expert opinions, certified analyses, legal determinations, compliance guarantees, or professional advisory services.

AI-generated recommendations are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.

Users remain fully and exclusively responsible for:

  • Independent due diligence
  • Vendor selection decisions
  • Compliance reviews
  • Contract negotiations
  • Financial decisions
  • Employment-related decisions
  • Procurement decisions
  • Implementation decisions
  • Security reviews
  • Legal and regulatory compliance

Users should independently verify all material information before relying on any recommendation or content.

HR.software strongly recommends validating critical information directly with vendors and qualified professional advisors before making material business decisions.

3. Editorial Integrity and Advertising

HR.software aims to provide useful, research-driven, and high-quality recommendations.

We continuously improve our research methodologies, advisor systems, ranking infrastructure, recommendation quality, and platform intelligence systems.

Advertising, sponsorships, affiliate partnerships, referral arrangements, and commercial relationships may exist on the platform.

However:

  • Sponsored content is intended to be clearly disclosed
  • Advertisements do not directly determine AI advisor outputs
  • Deep research conclusions are intended to remain editorially independent
  • AI advisor recommendations are designed to prioritize relevance, scenario matching, and platform methodologies

Nonetheless, users acknowledge and agree that:

  • Rankings and recommendations may involve subjective judgments
  • Methodologies may evolve over time
  • Different evaluators may reasonably reach different conclusions
  • Platform visibility and exposure may involve commercial relationships
  • Recommendation systems may rely on incomplete or evolving datasets
  • Certain vendors may not be included in platform coverage

HR.software does not guarantee that any recommendation is objectively optimal, complete, unbiased, accurate, current, or suitable for a user's specific circumstances.

4. No Reliance

Users agree not to rely solely on:

  • AI-generated outputs
  • Vendor rankings
  • Deep research content
  • Comparison pages
  • Recommendation systems
  • Search results
  • Summaries or analyses
  • Platform scoring systems
  • Vendor descriptions

Any reliance on the Services is solely at the user's own risk.

Users are responsible for conducting independent due diligence and consulting qualified legal, payroll, tax, accounting, security, compliance, HR, immigration, and regulatory professionals where appropriate.

HR.software shall not be responsible for decisions made based on platform content, AI-generated outputs, research materials, comparisons, or recommendations.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

  • One hundred euros (€100)
  • The amount paid by the user to HR.software during the preceding twelve (12) months

Users acknowledge that the Services are decision-support and informational tools only and are not substitutes for independent professional judgment.

Some jurisdictions may restrict liability limitations for intentional misconduct, fraud, gross negligence, death, personal injury, or certain statutory rights.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

7. Third-Party Vendors and External Services
