Corrections & Vendor Data Policy

Last Updated: 22 May 2026

HR.software aims to provide accurate, useful, and up-to-date information about HR software vendors, payroll providers, employer of record services, and related solutions.

Because vendor products, pricing, features, country coverage, integrations, compliance capabilities, service terms, and public claims can change over time, some information may become outdated, incomplete, or disputed. This policy explains how users and vendors can report inaccurate information and how HR.software reviews correction requests.

Reporting inaccurate information

Vendors, users, and other third parties may report information they believe is inaccurate, outdated, incomplete, or misleading.

Correction requests may relate to, for example:

  • Pricing information
  • Product features
  • Country or regional coverage
  • Payroll, EOR, or compliance capabilities
  • Integrations
  • Implementation timelines
  • Support availability
  • Vendor comparisons
  • Publicly available third-party information
  • Vendor-provided claims or descriptions

To submit a correction request, please email:

corrections@hr.software

Please include:

  • The URL of the relevant HR.software page
  • The specific claim, sentence, table, or section you believe is inaccurate
  • A short explanation of the issue
  • Supporting evidence, such as an official vendor page, product documentation, pricing page, public announcement, contract excerpt, or other verifiable source
  • Your name, company, and relationship to the vendor or claim, where relevant

How HR.software reviews correction requests

HR.software reviews material correction requests in good faith. When a correction request is received, we may review the original source, vendor-provided evidence, public documentation, archived materials, third-party sources, user feedback, and other relevant information.

If a claim is disputed, HR.software may mark the claim internally as disputed while the review is ongoing.

Depending on the evidence available, HR.software may:

  • Update the claim
  • Add clarification or context
  • Annotate the claim as disputed, source-dependent, or time-sensitive
  • Remove the claim
  • Leave the claim unchanged if the available evidence supports it

HR.software is not obligated to make every requested change. We may decline correction requests that are unsupported, incomplete, unverifiable, promotional, misleading, or inconsistent with reliable evidence.

Vendor complaint workflow

For vendor complaints or correction requests, HR.software generally follows this workflow:

  1. Complaint received.
  2. The relevant claim is marked internally as disputed.
  3. The original source and supporting evidence are reviewed.
  4. The vendor may be asked to provide evidence or clarification.
  5. The claim is updated, clarified, annotated, removed, or left unchanged.

Our goal is to maintain an evidence-based and useful resource for buyers while giving vendors a fair opportunity to correct inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete information.

Pricing and vendor information may change

Pricing, product availability, country coverage, integrations, service levels, compliance capabilities, and vendor terms may change without notice.

HR.software may include information from vendor websites, product pages, public documentation, third-party sources, user feedback, vendor-provided materials, or other publicly available information. While we aim to keep information accurate and current, we cannot guarantee that all information is complete, current, or error-free at all times.

Buyers should verify important details directly with the vendor before making purchasing decisions.

No guarantee of vendor-provided or third-party information

HR.software does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, availability, or currentness of vendor-provided information, public third-party information, pricing data, product claims, user feedback, or other external materials.

Information on HR.software is provided for general research and comparison purposes only. It should not be treated as legal, tax, payroll, compliance, financial, procurement, or professional advice.

Good-faith editorial process

HR.software may use editorial review, source checks, vendor documentation, public records, user feedback, and automated or manual research processes to maintain vendor information.

However, HR.software does not guarantee that every vendor profile, comparison, review, pricing reference, or product claim will always reflect the latest available information.

Updates to this policy

HR.software may update this Corrections & Vendor Data Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our editorial process, data review practices, vendor correction workflow, or information review standards.
