She has led recruitment for a wide range of roles, managed end-to-end HR operations, and developed core processes across the employee lifecycle. With a Master’s in Human Resources and hands-on experience with HR tech tools, she brings a structured yet people-focused approach to building inclusive, international teams.
Alexandra is an experienced HR professional with over 8 years of expertise in recruitment, talent acquisition, and HR operations.
